PDG played the lead role in the design of this 15 bed specialized facility for
the developer’s architect, conducting peer review of the building shell
construction drawings and filling the role of designer and architect of record
for the interior build-out. The schedule dictated that the construction cost be
fixed prior to start of construction drawings and ground be broken prior to
issuance of final permits, which took careful up-front coordination with the
AHJ, contractor and operator. This 5.5 million dollar project is now complete
and on budget.
